Whisper

I whisper your name in the darkness of night and during the craziness of the day, but you never answer. I know you are there and that you are with us always; for I carry you within my heart.

  1. Thanks, it’s remarkable how losing my first love Robert Gomez made me realize the time we shared from kindergarten through high school and getting to know his family, my love for him still goes on by sharing with my friends how noble his character inspired me to never give up my faith and the belief that love transcends beyond. He was truly a heavenly gift to us all.

  2. Lyn,
Wow, my story is almost identical to yours…..lost my Brian after 25 yrs together and 3 grown children. His death too was totally unexpected and tragic. Like you I had been in the “waiting room” for many years. Since his death 16 months ago, my life has meaning, purpose, direction and passion, and that’s all because of God and what He has done with and through me in a pretty short period of time. Like you, I loved my husband, but without his death, I would not have been restored and now living the life that God intended. I am still a work in progress, but the relationship I now have with my heavenly Father is all I need to keep moving forward, looking up, trusting His new path for my life, and embracing what lies ahead. I am so happy for you that you have found love again. Hopefully, that will be somewhere down the road on this journey for me as well. May God richly bless you and your future.
